Biographical Info

Senior Elisabeth Fassas is a Molecular and Cellular Biology with a secondary interest in anthropology. Following in the footsteps of her parents, Elisabeth is interested in pursuing a career as a health professional: specifically, Elisabeth is interested in healthcare dissemination to lower-income populations and continues to study this in Baltimore City as independent research project. Her passion for alleviating health disparities coupled with her interest in research has earned her two Dean’s Undergraduate Research Award as well as the Michel Rolph Trouillot Undergraduate Research Award in Anthropology. On campus, Elisabeth is a vocalist for the ‘Notes of Ranvier’ and a member of the Hellenic Students Association. In her free time, she enjoys connecting to her Grecian roots as a dance teacher for Greek dancing.
